Dwight Coates joined Cydcor as Chief Information Officer in 2016, bringing nearly 20 years of technology industry leadership to the position.
As Cydcor’s CIO and member of the executive team, Dwight is the technology driver for Cydcor’s customer relationship management solutions. His team transforms and simplifies business processes while delivering bottom line benefits for Cydcor’s Fortune 500 clients. Dwight’s expertise with data and technology will keep Cydcor at the top of the evolving outsourced sales and marketing landscape.
Dwight’s international IT experience includes a broad range of business sectors such as entertainment, satellite television, music, oil and gas, aerospace, and telecommunications. Prior to joining Cydcor, Dwight served as Director of Information Technology overseeing enterprise systems for the merged DIRECTV/AT&T Entertainment Group. He also served as President at eImplement, Vice President of Information Technology at EMAK Worldwide, and held leadership positions at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and SAP.
A Saint Louis native, Dwight graduated from Missouri Baptist University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
